This can have a negative impact on young people’s perception on themselves and can link to depression and social anxiety. Creative activities and social interaction can have a massive impact on your mood, as the brain releases mood lifting neurotransmitters.

BRIEF

Bacardi X Vibe will provide young people an epic summer on the go. The app allows you to find events daily, in your chosen location and meet new people. This gives you quality time away from the screen and making memories throughout summer.
