'HEAR ME TOO'
MTV STAYING ALIVE FOUNDATION | 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM
I was commissioned to create the artwork for this years ' 16 Days of Activism' Campaign for MTV Staying Alive Foundation and MTV Shuga. The social media team wanted a set of graphic illustration to reflect female empowerment and providing those with a voice. The campaign strapline is ' Hear Me Too '
This opportunity allowed me to communicate with a well respected brand within industry, combining their guidelines with my creative style to create something inspiring. As this was a social media campaign, each poster is attached with a quote from a individual sharing wisdom or inspiration.
I chose bright contrasting colours to stand out against the skin tone of the model. The white outlines were a personal stylistic choice to show her facial features and bring the illustration to a new level.
